Cottage

The Cottage is a beautiful addition to any landscape. It has 8′ tall side walls, a residential 9-lite door, and two opening windows. The side porch fits beautifully up against the cottage and gives a shaded, sheltered entry. Also, the porch is wide enough to set up a couple chairs on to relax in.

Convert this shed into a backyard office, a poolside room, or anything else that would work well inside a 10×12 shed. Add windows on more sides of the Cottage if you like, and pick colors that match your house. We will work with you to build the Cottage that best fits your needs!

We use real 2×4’s in our sheds, and the studs are 16″ on center in the Cottage. We use a heavy-duty 3/4″ tongue and groove plywood for the floor. The roof is covered with 40-year architectural shingles. This is a shed built to last a lifetime.

NOTE: The prices listed here for the Cottage include a 5′ wide porch. The porch is optional, however, and the Cottage can be purchased without it.
