10×12 cottage or office, finished out

This is a portable finished out cabin or office, or whatever you need an extra room for. The size is 10×12. It is beautifully finished inside with drywall, flooring, and insulated windows and door. There are two outlets wired in, and a light fixture with a light.

There are two windows, 30″x48″. They open vertically.

The exterior is primed and painted, and has a 40-year metal roof. The walls, ceiling, and floor are all insulated.  The door is a standard entry door with a 9-lite window.

This shed is ready to set up at your location. All you need to do is run power to it!

Delivery and setup is included in the price, up to 50 miles away from Red Bluff. We can deliver and set up this shed farther for a fee.

Works great for a backyard cabin, office, workshop, bedroom, or whatever else you can use a finished out space for.

This office shed was used for about four years, but is still in excellent condition. The paint has been touched up again in preparation for selling.
