It is a well built shed. It appears no expenses were spared. The price very good for this area. I checked around alot. The price also includes free delivery, within 30 miles of Red Bluff. But I feel sure they would install further away for a mileage charge. It wasn't a dump and go ordeal either. He has an amazing machine that moves the shed anywhere you want and makes sure of the placement before he lets it down on the foundation they provide. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Small hometown business with a reasonable price. AND I don't even know them.😁

Three days ago, we attended the home and garden show at the Shasta Co. Fairgrounds. We had no idea we were going to purchase a shed, but when the show was over this lovely 10x12 ft. shed was trucked straight to our location, placed and leveled in about an hour.

The smaller shed was built in-factory while the larger shed was built on-site. In both cases, the quality and attention to detail was top notch.

This shed was customized, delivered without a hitch over a very scary bridge. Cheaper than a box store. Attached is a photo of it coming off the delivery truck. Next he took out the jack and level to make sure it set just right. Exhibit A for why I love to support local business. Everybody who sees it comments on its rustic beauty.
We met the owner (Theodore) of Sequoia Sheds at the home and garden show in Chico three years ago. The quality of build and attention to detail was obvious on the models he had set up at the show. We liked the price and the fact that it was a local business and not one of the big commercially known shed builders like Tuff Shed or Lexington Sheds. Our first 10 x 12 barn with loft (which we LOVED!) was delivered 2 years ago and burned to the ground November 8th, 2018 in the Paradise, California Campfire. Our second 10 x 12 barn with loft was delivered a few weeks ago.
We found the prices and the quality to be better than the other manufacturers. We highly recommend giving Theodore of Sequoia Sheds a call for anyone looking for a new building. 😁
