There is another option: you can buy a shed directly from the builders. That’s where Sequoia Sheds comes in. We are a local, family-owned shed builder. We both build and sell sheds from the same location. Our salespeople are part of the company, and likely have built sheds themselves. We do not hire dealers.

Knowledgeable salespeople
Since we are both builders and sellers, we know exactly what we can and can’t do. We are less likely to sell you something we can’t build, or on a timeline we can’t deliver on. We can answer any questions you have with first-hand experience.
Sales and building happen at the same location. If you call in or message us to see if your shed is done yet, whoever you contact can take a short walk and see for himself where the shed is at. That makes for fewer moving parts, and less chance of a breakdown in communication. This is a huge advantage over talking with a dealer who may have never built a shed, and who has little control over the process after he or she makes the sale.
Custom sheds
We are able to be more open to custom projects than a dealer working off templates from a factory. We have control over the whole process. If you have a custom project that the big box stores can’t handle, we may be able to help you!
Price
When you buy from us, you are buying directly from the people who build the shed. That translates into savings for you, the customer. We don’t hire dealers, and we don’t hire in salespeople to work on commission.
Relaxed, friendly service
We won’t use high-pressure sales tactics on you, because we’re not professional salespeople. We’re builders first and salespeople second. We’d love to sell you a shed, but we want to make sure you end up with what you want. That increases the chance of you telling your friends and neighbors about us.

Warranty
We offer top-notch craftsmanship, and a ten year warranty (on our Premium sheds) to back it up. If something covered by our warranty goes wrong with your shed, you can deal directly with us to get it fixed. No call centers or middle-men involved. We offer free delivery within 50 miles of Red Bluff. Beyond that, there is a delivery fee. Our service area includes all of Northern California north of Sacramento (except that service to the Pacific coastal areas is limited).
