10×12 Lean-to office finished out

This is a portable finished out cabin or office, or whatever you need an extra room for. The size is 10×12. It is beautifully finished with tongue and groove cedar and white panelling, LifeProof Commercial flooring, and insulated windows and door. There are several outlets wired in, and recessed lights in the ceiling inside, and in the cedar-lined overhang outside.

The exterior is primed and stained with a striking urethane stain, and has a 40-year metal roof. The walls, ceiling, and floor are all insulated.  The door is a standard entry door with a 9-lite window. The front window is 6’x4′, and the two side windows are 4’x3′. The transom windows in the high wall are also insulated windows.

This shed is ready to set up at your location. All you need to do is run power to it!

Delivery and setup is included in the price, up to 50 miles away from Red Bluff. We can deliver and set up this shed farther for a fee.
