One challenge shed owners often face is how to get wheeled objects up into their shed. When your shed has a floor system that elevates it off the ground 8 to 10 inches, that can be tough. And for those who drive their lawnmower or quad into their shed, ramps are a necessity.
We are pleased to announce that we now offer heavy-duty aluminum shed ramps from Maple Lane Metals. They are built specifically to fit our sheds. In the rest of this blog you will find all of the details of these new ramps. We are so excited to share them with you!
Ramp Features
These shed ramps offer the following features:
· Tested up to 675 pounds per ramp
· Light-weight aluminum, easy to lift and replace
· Will not warp or twist like wood ramps
· Attractive and easy to install
Our Ramps Work for Almost Every Shed
Order your shed with a ramp! If you already have one of our sheds, you can purchase a ramp kit from us and install it yourself. Our ramps will work well with any shed that has a wooden floor joist under the door threshold for the ramp bracket to fasten to. Feel free to call us and ask if our ramp will work for your shed.
Pricing & Sizing
Each ramp is 22 inches wide and 46 inches long. A pair of ramps makes a perfect entry either for a 4’ wide door or a 6’ wide door. They slide in a track, so you can space the ramps to fit the wheels of whatever you wish to drive or push into your shed. For 6’ wide doors, a set of 3 ramps is also an option if you want to span the entire width of the opening.
Price is $300 for a pair of ramps, and $450 for three ramps. Mounting tracks included.
